Welcome to My Photography website!

I have been an avid photographer for many years and shot a wide variety of subjects - concerts, sports, nature, wildlife, still-life, you name it.
I am building this site so that I may share my passion with everyone. I hope you enjoy it!
A little background
Here is a little more information about me....
I am a huge fan of both Ansel Adams and Annie Leibovitz - I know, odd combination - and at times in my life aspired to be both. I originally set out intending to be a nature / landscape photographer and then, after shooting a Turtles concert, set my sites on working for Rolling Stone magazine.
I started with a Polaroid Land camera back in the early 70's and graduated to a Yashica rangefinder for 8th grade graduation a few years later. Many years later I decided to get serious a bought a Canon A1 and an 80-200mm zoom lens. Thru the years I have stuck with Canon and at one time had two T-90's (used them for my concert work) and a wide variety of lens - from 18mm fisheye to 500mm mirror telephoto. My favorite is my 85mm f/1.2L series Canon lens - what a great lens!
I am now in the digital age with a Canon S3. It's a great "upscale" point and shoot and, with a 1gb card, I shoot a lot.
